The team at Love Garden Birds just loves Jacobi Jayne's I Love Hedgehogs Food!! This is because it is an excellent all year round food for adult and baby hedgehogs containing high energy ingredients which complement a hedgehogs natural diet.

Now new and improved, this Jacobi Jayne hedgehog mix no longer comes with sultanas and the honey levels have been reduced due to new research which has shown such ingredients could actually cause tooth decay in hedgehogs, and to maintain an optimum balance of calcium and phosphorus - important for the health of hedgehog bones. The mealworms from the old mix have also been substituted with dried calci worms and the larvae of a black soldier fly.

Simply feed this nutritious hedgehog food to your garden visitors from the ground or a shallow bowl, and always ensure that a source of drinking water is nearby. Offer all year round but in particular during breeding season between the months of April to May, and before and after hibernation season to help hedgehogs regain weight.
