Love Garden Birds Reward Points

Earning Points

To start earning points, you need to register an account with Love Garden Birds first.

Create an Account

  • A single reward point is awarded for every two pounds spent. e.g. a purchase of a £33.49 earns 16 points.

  • The number of points to be earned will be visible on the basket / checkout page, prior to any purchase.

  • Points cannot be earned on the value of any delivery charge.

Spending Points

  • Reward points can only be redeemed on your subsequent purchases.

  • You can spend all of your points in one go to cover up to 75% of your order total, or none at all.

  • Reward points can be used at the basket stage of checking out. Just look for the box immediately above the discount code box (you must be logged in to see this).

  • The redemption value of points is such that 1 point will provide £0.05 discount - so 100 points will provide a £5 discount.

  • There is NO maximum or minimum number to be able to redeem points on an order, but you can only cover up to 75% of your transaction with points.

  • Points are not earned on the purchase of certain items (for example stills, starter sets and special orders) but CAN be redeemed against their purchase.

  • Reward points can be spent on the website OR over the phone.

Terms & Conditions

  • Reward points expire one year after they were earned.
