Designed to protect. Built to give chicks the best chance of survival.
This innovative nest box is designed to deter predators and significantly improve fledging success. A smart internal tunnel and right-aligned entrance hole make it extremely difficult for cats, squirrels, and pine martens to reach the nest.
Small birds such as Great Tits and Nuthatches can easily navigate the two-turn tunnel into the nesting chamber, while larger birds and mammals simply can’t bend or stretch their way inside.
Nest predation is far more common than many realise, with research showing up to 20% of nests are affected. Created in response to this ongoing loss, the Seattle Predator Protection Nest Box offers a safer, more effective solution that truly makes a difference.
