- Very good easy to order on-line. no problems - I have not found any dead chaffinches this winter. i use citrosan sanitizer in the water and making sure the all the water containers are regularly cleaned. i think it has helped.

Tamodine E is an iodophore disinfectant, it is suitable for general purpose disinfection. It has the benefit of having a built-in colour-marker, which means that the areas treated can be seen, this also gives visibility when washing the product off.
For normal disinfection once major contamination has been removed (using a cleaner such Ark-Klens) use at a rate of 10ml per 2 litres of water. Items with cracks and crevices, drinking bowls and utencils can be left to soak in the solution. Where there is organic material remaining or if surfaces are porous use 10ml per 1 litre of water. Allow a contact time of 10 minutes and then rinse off. Not to be used in ponds due to being toxic for fish.
